Pastor Victor Boardman

Pastor victor Boardman was born and raised in Africa. after graduating from the University of Ilorin he immediately went to work with the federal government (in the national museum) and began working in the energy industry (African petroleum) shortly thereafter.. while working in this field he had an encounter with God and came to realize that he had a higher calling. He became born again in 1991. after marrying his wife Josephine in 1993 he became more active within their church and was appointed as a minister in 1994. In 1999 he attended the rccg bible college and received a diploma in Theology. In 2000 he received his master’s degree in marketing from Lasu. Coming to America, he succeeded in getting his master’s of science in leadership from Champlain College, Vermont. Working in the mental health section of the major hospital in the state, he went further to obtain a certificate in substance abuse as he prepares for his ladc certification.
