Pastor Josephine Boardman was born and raised in Africa. She has been a member of the scripture union since her time at the university of lfe. After graduation she worked as a high school teacher before joining rank xerox as an accounts manager. She was ordained as a deaconess in 1995 and a pastor in 2009. She manages the women’s group and the Sunday School department of the living water parish.
